My current project studio is related with housing studies. The proposed site is located in Melaka, near with Sungai Melaka, in center of city of Melaka. So, the current issues is :- the site is being occupied by poor people and is force to live in urban city life.



The solution? i tried to design Townhouse type, which is suite to be occupied by low income people. My aim is to create low cost housing with applying passive energy, response design with climate, and affordable.
